Body found in caravan identified
Police have formally identified a body found in a caravan at Cromwell last week as that of Simon James Garrick, 42, who has been missing since October, last year.
The body was discovered by the woman who owned the caravan, which had been stored at the rear of a Cromwell holiday park.
Detective Sergeant Derek Shaw said Mr Garrick's family had been informed the formal identification process had been completed.
Mr Shaw had made several public pleas during the past six months on behalf of Mr Garrick's family for information about his disappearance.
The cause of Mr Garrick's death would be investigated by coroner, he said.
