Cash stolen from city dairy
A large amount of cash was taken from an Invercargill dairy after a man used a knife to threaten a worker.
A man entered Crinan Street Dairy, Invercargill, with the knife about 7.50pm last night, a police spokesperson said.
The man threatened the female shop assistant before leaving with cash.
The man is described as caucasian, slight build, about 160cm in height, wearing a orange camouflage type of balaclava over his head with black wrap sunglasses, wearing plain black (leather type) jacket with blue jeans.
No one was injured during the robbery.
