A 22-year-old Invercargill man is expected to appear in the Queenstown District Court today charged with assault after he allegedly grabbed a bouncer by the throat and punched him in the face on Saturday night.
Sergeant Mike Gill, of Queenstown, said the bouncer was not injured.
