Suspicious fire in Ranfurly, Central Otago

Ranfurly fire services were called to a fire in Charlemont St, Ranfurly at 7.22pm last night.

A fire communications spokesman said a small fire had started in the annex next to the old centennial milk bar, which is now a museum and woman's clothing store.

The fire was being treated as suspicious, and fire investigators would be on scene today, he said.

It was not known how much damage the fire had caused.
