A 17-year-old refuse collector charged with attempted robbery of an Invercargill dairy at gunpoint was remanded in custody after he appeared in the Invercargill District Court this afternoon.
Ramene Darrell Fisher appeared before Judge John Macdonald today facing a charge of attempting to rob the Night n' Day in Tay St of cash being armed with a firearm on Sunday.
His lawyer David Slater applied for bail, which was declined. He was remanded, without plea, in custody to November 19.
