Two Southland sportsmen have been remanded at large after appearing in the Invercargill District Court this morning charged with incurring a debt by deception.

The two men, along with another man, appeared in the dock together this morning before a registrar.

They were all granted interim name suppression and until May 2 to seek police diversion.

All three are jointly charged with incurring a debt from Blue Star Taxis to the value of $13 by deception on April 6.

One of the men also faces a charge of being unlawfully in an enclosed yard on April 6.
