BOOK REVIEW: The Holiday Goddess Handbag Guide to Paris, London, New York and Rome
Edited by Jessica Adams (HarperCollins, RRP $40)

This travel guidebook is filled with tips from holiday goddesses (and the occasional god) who have travelled to Paris, London, New York and Rome. Beautifully packaged in red linen, this guide is perfect for those planning a trip to these four cities or for those who can only dream of one day visiting.

Starting with romantic Paris and ending with glorious Rome, this guide takes you through a variety of topics for each city including the best food to experience, the amazing shopping to spend your dollars on, the movies and books each city has featured in and, my favourite, the suggested souvenirs you can bring home.

Captivated by the cover, I immediately picked this guide up and devoured it. I was lucky enough to visit London this year and the Goddesses had some excellent suggestions on how to make the most out of the city including my favourite, "Chiconomical secrets" offering tips such as The Magic Number 11 bus, the Oyster Card and of course the Top 10 best of free London.
