BookSale

The first of June is an exciting day for book lovers in Invercargill as the stage at the Civic Theatre is transformed into annual Rotary book sale.

This is one sale I look forward to every year (along with the Regent Book Sale in Dunedin). You are guaranteed fantastic finds, brilliant bargains and a great feeling knowing that all proceeds from the sale go to local charities.

If you haven't been before, pop along on Friday morning, then again on Saturday and finally on Sunday just to top up on a few titles you may have missed out on the first two days.

I'll be there, trying to complete my collection of Anne of Green Gables and to perhaps find my next favourite book.
