Last year's semifinalists Southern Steel have been installed as $12 outsiders by the TAB to win the 2010 trans-Tasman netball competition.
The TAB has released odds for the 2010 season, which starts on Saturday March 20.
Southern Steel will open their season against West Coast Fever, who the TAB have as $100 shots to win the competition final.
With their prices the TAB bookmakers have indicated they believe the Australia sides will dominate the 2010 competition.
The top two favourites are both Australian teams, with the Melbourne Vixens at a very short $2.50 to win the title.
New Zealand teams Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic and Northern Mystics are both at $7.
The Mystics are expected to preform much better than their eighth-place finish in the 10-team competition last year.
They have bolstered their side with the recruitment of Joline Henry and Maria Tutaia from the Magic franchise.
