Halftime; Stags lead 21-7 after a good first half of play.
More of the same needed from the Stags in the second half, They are getting their hands on plenty of ball and generally using it well.
Regular readers of our live updates will be well aware of my thoughts on the halftime entertainment at Rugby Park which is Grab 'A' Grand of course. But for those that aren't aware I'm sick of it. Time for Rugby Southland officials to dream up something other than that for the crowd to view at halftime. It's old and boring.

Anyone see at 25:18 the Northland prop put two cheapshot punches into Sonny Bill on the bottom of a ruck? What a douche.
