* Shezaball regained winning form with a front-running display in the Peter Cocks Ltd Junior Drivers' Pace at Winton today.

She was left alone in front and quicken for driver Jack Trainor on the home turn. Shezaball sprinted clear by three and a-half lengths in 1:57.8 (one mile), with her last 800m in 56.9 and 400m in 26.7.

* Zara P, relegated from second to fifth for causing interference at Forbury Park on January 31, won today's Edward Gibbon 4-Year-Old Pace for former Trackside presenter Justin Le Lievre and four friends. Andrew Armour trains Zara P.

The Elsu mare pace 2400m (mobile) in a brisk 2:57.9.

* Ardghal completed a hat-trick of wins when taking out the Masterlink Ltd Pace. He improved with cover on the final bend and unleashed a powerful finish to score by half a head.

* Ideal Tact provided David Larkins with his first driving win for five years and two months in the Dux Industries Ltd Pace. Runner-up Kennington Kandee was retired after the race. She ran 1:57 (one mile) to the delight of owner-trainer Paul Andrews.

Kennington Kandee is in foal to Falcon Seelster.
