Holiday Stops
If you're planning a holiday please let us know so we can put your newspaper delivery on hold. We require a minimum of one working day's notice prior to your holiday stop commencing. You can contact us by phone, e-mail or fax on the numbers below. You can also opt to donate to our 'Tools for Schools' programme or choose a Holiday Pack.

Tools for Schools
When you go away and put your newspaper delivery on hold you can opt to donate your holiday papers to our Newspapers In Education programme, Tools for Schools, where we match your donation paper for paper and supply newspapers to schools through the year to help students with their studies.
Holiday Packs
The perfect option if you enjoy catching up on the news when you return home from your holiday. We hold your newspapers for you and then deliver them all on your return. Just tell our staff that you'd like to request a holiday pack.
Change of delivery to your holiday home
If you have a holiday home we can arrange to change your newspaper delivery to your holiday home address if it is within our normal delivery area.
Moving House
If you're moving house please contact us with your moving date and your new address details so we can arrange to change your newspaper delivery. Our delivery network covers all of Southland, Queenstown Lakes District and Central Otago.
Moving away from our region?
If you're moving out of the region but would still like to keep up to date with the local news you can subscribe to the digital version of The Southland Times. This is an exact replica of the newspaper which you access via your computer from anywhere in the world. Click here to find out more.
Missed or wet papers
If your newspaper is not delivered or it's raining and your newspaper gets wet, please let us know by calling 0800 784 846 from 7.00am when this phone line opens. We operate a redelivery service in Invercargill, Gore, Te Anau, Cromwell and Alexandra but need to know by 9.30am. If we can't offer a redelivery in your area we will credit your account.

If you ever have an account query you can call our central finance team on 0800 324 005. Their number is shown on your monthly invoice. Alternatively you can call into any of our offices to speak to our staff or call us direct on 0800 784 846.
