Australian cricket vice-captain Michael Clarke has reportedly ended his relationship with Lara Bingle.

The Sydney Morning Herald today reported that the possibility of "tell-all" story being sold to the media from a friend of Bingle's was the last straw for Clarke.

The SMH also reported the engagement ring was off Bingle's finger yesterday.

A removal van was also seen outside the $6 million Bondi flat she had shared with Clarke, although the paper said there was some dispute about whether the van was for her or for a neighbour.

Clarke's departed the team's New Zealand tour earlier this week after a naked photo of Bingle in a shower was leaked to a women's magazine.

The photograph, snapped four years ago when she was having an affair with married Aussie Rules footballer Brendon Fevola, prompted Bingle to start legal proceedings against her ex-lover and negotiate a lucrative right of reply in the same women's magazine.
