Shane Warne's Rajasthan Royals have finally won a match in the new Indian Premier League season, beating Kolkata Knight Riders by 34 runs at Ahmedabad.

AA Jhunjhunwala top-scored with 45 runs from 36 balls and Adam Voges an unbeaten 37 from 22 as the Royals made 7-168 and restricted the Knight Riders to 5-134.

In Mumbai, Jacque Kallis struck an unbeaten 66 off 55 balls to lead Royal Challengers Bangalore to a seven-wicket win over the Indians.

Mumbai made 9-151 and Bangalore passed the target with five balls remaining.
