Jesse Ryder is yet again in the runs.
The talented left-hand batsman, who on Boxing day will return to the Black Caps setup, today added another first-class century to his his growing tally when he posted three figures for Otago in the four-day Plunket Shield game against Central Districts in Dunedin.
It is Ryder's third century in eight Plunket Shield innings this season and the 16th first-class century of his career.
The Volts resumed today at 30 for two in reply to Central's first innings total of 255.
Ryder and Neil Broom got their team through to 150 before Broom went for 72. Ryder, however, continued his march towards three figures bringing up his ton in 145 balls.
Ryder's century goes alongside his three wickets he picked up with the ball in Central's first innings.
