Controversial Italian football striker Mario Balotelli has always claimed he can do it all - and he's proved as good as his word when it comes to basketball as this one-handed slam dunk shows.

Balotelli was on the basketball court during a light-hearted training with his AC Milan soccer squad.

He potted a three-pointer and then casually dribbled to the hoop and then effortlessly launched himself to slam the shot one-handed.

In April, the mohawked Balotelli, released footage of himself  slam-dunking, and included a cheeky caption that read: ''Kobe [Bryant] I got this,'' comparing himself to the modern-day Los Angeles Lakers legend who was sidelined with injury.
