Bad weather has disrupted play on day two of golf's Eisenhower Trophy in Antalya, Turkey.

The threat of lightning strikes curtailed play and the New Zealand team of Mathew Perry, Vaughn McCall and Ben Campbell were among those who did start their second rounds.

Only 48 of 72 teams started play and only six of those completed their rounds.

First-round leaders USA only managed a total of three recorded holes but maintained a five-shot lead over second-placed South Korea and Canada.

New Zealand are 11 shots back in 21st place.
