Kiwis second row Bronson Harrison's Four Nations could well be over after he was carried from the field early in the second half of New Zealand's thrilling 20-20 draw with Australia.

Harrison later left the stadium on crutches, and the Kiwis will know tomorrow whether he is any chance of playing again in the tournament, which has three weekends to run.

"Over the next 48 hours we will get a good idea of whether he can run in the next three weeks," Kiwi doctor Simon Mayhew told Fairfax.

"Ask me in two days and I will have a better understanding  I've seen guys take four to six weeks [to recover] and guys take two weeks."

The other Kiwi to undergo tests is hooker Thomas Leuluai, who will have a CogSport brain function test when the team arrive in France today.

"I don't know what happened and I can't really remember too much of that first half, but I felt all right [after]," said Leuluai of a first-half collision which forced him from the field temporarily.

"I think there are other guys worse off than me: there are a lot of hurt guys in there [the changing room]."

Among those minor casualties were hooker Issac Luke, who bore a substantial black eye after his incident with Paul Gallen and a slight calf issue for Jeff Lima, who is expected to be fit to face France on Sunday.
