West Coast rugby league officials are to discuss a punch-up which happened while teams were shaking hands after an under-18 final match on the weekend.

The incident has been posted on YouTube, and board president Peter Kerridge said it would be discussed at a regular meeting on Monday.

It happened after the under-18 final between Suburbs, in the maroon jerseys, and Cobden-Kohinoor, who won the game.

Mr Kerridge said it appeared to be a reaction to an incident earlier in the game when a Suburbs player was sinbinned for hitting a Cobden player.

The trouble during the hand shake started with the same two players. Punches were thrown. No one was hurt.
