The Kiwi who streaked at this year's State of Origin decider has failed to show for sentencing.
A warrant was issued today for the arrest of New Zealander Wati Holmwood after he failed to appear at a Sydney court to be sentenced for the streak.
In July, Holmwood ran naked 90 metres down the field at Sydney's ANZ Stadium in front of 84,000 people attending the rugby league State of Origin decider. He was tackled on field by security staff and later arrested.
Earlier this month, Holmwood pleaded guilty to one count of entering a playing field without authorisation and one count of wilful and obscene exposure in or near a public place.
Charges were laid against Holmwood after he raced onto the field wearing only shoes in the final minutes of game three of the Origin series.
It wasn't the first time he streaked during a rugby league game. Holmwood had done the same in 2011 at a Warriors vs Tigers match at Leichhardt, in Sydney's inner west.
