Netball New Zealand today confirmed a well-paced schedule for the Silver Ferns, culminating in their defence of the Commonwealth Games gold medal in New Delhi in October.
The build-up includes four home tests, two against Jamaica and two against Australia, with a third trans-Tasman match scheduled for Adelaide on August 29.
The international calendar begins on August 18 with a match against Jamaica in Christchurch followed three days later by a second test in Napier.
The first test against Australia in Adelaide is followed by matches in Wellington on September 2 and Auckland on September 5.
The team then contests the Commonwealth Games from October 3-14, then moves on to defend their World Netball Series fastnet title in the quickfire version of the game in Manchester, England, on November 19-21.
