From 2013, the Waikato will become the home of New Zealand cycling.
A new five-year partnership with Perry Group will allow Auckland-based PureBlack Racing to shift their headquarters to the new velodrome in Hamilton, New Zealand's national cycling centre set to open late next year.
The world class velodrome will also be the home of BikeNZ, which will bring its grassroots, community and high performance programmes to the centre.
