NZ bros first sub-60 twins as Jake Robertson wins Lisbon half marathon
Kiwi runner Jake Robertson has become the second New Zealander to run a half marathon in an hour or less, following in twin brother Zane's footsteps.
Jake ran 60-minutes flat in a half marathon in Lisbon, Portugal, at the weekend. This came two years after brother Zane completed a half-marathon, in Japan in 2015, in 59mins 47secs.

While Jake Robertson won on debut at the event, he said after the race he expected to come away with the victory.
"Training was very good so I knew I was capable of 59 (minutes)," Robertson said.
"I knew if they softened with the pace I was capable of a win.
"I was aiming for the win here. I thought it would be good enough to get the (New Zealand) record. It wasn't but I'm so grateful for the win."
