New Zealand will have three runners in the A$500,000 Miracle Mile, with flying mare Kiwi Ingenuity's owners accepting an invitation to run.

"We are thrilled to be invited," said the mare's trainer, Robbie Holmes.

"This is my first Miracle Mile and in the back of our minds, we always had this race as a target for her.

"She loves the mile and should she draw well then I have no doubt she will be right there fighting out the finish."

The Miracle Mile will be run at Menangle in Sydney's southwest on November 29. Other New Zealand invitees are New Zealand Cup winner Monkey King and the speedy Auckland Reactor.

Kiwi Ingenuity, seventh in the New Zealand Cup after getting a bad check late, paced a blistering one minute 52.1 second mile (1609m) when winning at the Harness Jewels meeting at Ashburton in May.

That compares to the Australasian benchmark of 1:51.9, set at Menagle last season by Smoken Up.

"She isn't a mare that takes a lot of work so I'll probably give her one or two more decent hit outs at home and then head to Sydney," Holmes said.

New South Wales Harness Racing Club chief executive John Dumesny said the inclusion of the fastest mare in the southern hemisphere added to the overall credentials of the Miracle Mile.

"We now have the fastest horse in Smoken Up, the highest stakes earner in Blacks A Fake, the highest priced horse in Auckland Reactor, the richest prizemoney winner this season in Monkey King and the most talented newcomer in the country in Melpark Major, and more."

Two more invitations are to be issued after the final leadup races at Harold Park, Sydney, on Friday night.

The New Zealand trio are to fly to Sydney three days before the race.
