The Kurow Kid, Hayden Parker, will get his chance to impress in the Highlanders No 10 jersey against the Blues in Queenstown tomorrow.

Parker exploded off the bench for two tries against the Crusaders in Oamaru last week and he comes into the starting 15 along with Josh Bekhuis and Nasi Manu.

Bekhuis will be reforming his second row partnership with Jarrad Hoeata, with Brad Thorn taking a break, while Manu returns from injury to replace Elliot Dixon at No 8.
