The Crusaders and Blues are showing off some new moves even before their Super Rugby campaigns have kicked off.

Both teams have put their spin on internet dance craze the Harlem Shake, with the red and blacks' version attracting more than 30,000 views and the Blues more than 24,000 views on You Tube.

The Crusaders' video was shot by Red McLeod and produced by star first five-eighth Dan Carter.
