There is much talk in our office about Rob Fyfe, Air NZ's outgoing boss, apparently he's scorching in that kind of salt-n'-pepper-older-man-with-money kind of way (I'm not getting it).

But looks aren't everything. There are many reasons why your boss could be hot - is it because they're actually good at what they do? Do they take the time to listen and then make decisions appropriately?
