This 1977 Ford Escort was a "full rust bucket in a Canterbury field" when bought about three years ago.

It cost $1500 then and was still running, but really rough and barely made it home to Christchurch.

This is an Australian-assembled version of the Escort and has the factory 1.6-litre engine in it.

It has factory bucket seats and is driven regularly.

Pimped my ride is an ongoing Stuff Nation assignment. To contribute hit the green button.
