I find the idea people can't cook utterly depressing! So here's a quick recipe.

Chicken Breast, diced
1 Onion, chopped
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Paprika
Chilli Powder (Optional)
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Capsicum (diced)
Cheese, grated
Flatbread / wraps
Low fat Greek Yoghurt
Tomato or BBQ sauce

1. Dice some chicken breast, fry with a chopped onion and dash of olive oil on a medium-high heat.

2. Grind in some black pepper, a couple of teaspoons of paprika, and some mild chilli powder for a bit of kick if you want it.

3. While it's sizzling shred some lettuce, dice some tomatoes, slice up some red pepper and grate a handful of cheese.

4. Take some wraps or flatbreads - zap in the microwave for 20 secs to warm up, smear over with some low fat greek yoghurt.

5. Finish the chicken off with a splurge of tomato or bbq sauce and let sizzle for a minute or two. Throw the chicken and onion on to the wrap (you can cook the red peppers with it if you prefer them cooked), and add the salad parts, grated cheese, and if you like, some light mayo/salad dressing. Roll up and eat.

Easy as - takes 15-20 mins max - start to finish. For a change of flavours, add some soy sauce and honey with the chicken to get more of a chinese twist to the wrap. Sorted.
