Help get NZ cooking: Chilli chicken
Don't be a chicken when it comes to the kitchen, recipes like the below are easy peasy and delicious.

You can use quantities of spices to suit your own tastes.
|2 packets Chicken Thigh Cutlets|
|1 teaspoon Chilli|
|1 teaspoon Garlic|
|1. Put the chicken in a bowl and throw in the garlic and chilli, plus big splashes of soy sauce, fish sauce and oil. Add enough water to cover the chicken.
2. Marinate it for an hour or as long as you can.
3. Heat the pan so it's hot, brown the chicken on either side, then place in the oven at the hottest it can go till cooked. Turning so that both sides are browned.
4. You can use the remaining sauce to make a gravy. Simpy add water and cornflower to thicken it up.
Pour it over the cooked chicken and serve with potatoes, fresh bread and salad. Yum!
