Drawn to gritty plots, flawed characters
There are four programmes that I'm hooked on at the moment.
2. Downtown Abbey
3. Grey's Anatomy
I have to watch Homeland for its gritty plot, suspense and flawed characters. It is hard to predict what is going to happen, which adds to the suspense.
Downtown Abbey is classy and also has suspense. Killing off Lady Sybil was a bit of shock, but now we have to see what happens to her husband and child. It is interesting to see how they all react to the changing times.
I love Grey's Anatomy for all the characters and how human frailty is portrayed, when someone gets it wrong. It can be bittersweet at times.
Offspring has humour, but also bad times. The Proudman family are quirky and always fun to watch. This week is the final, so I am waiting to see what happens to Nina and Patrick and their baby.
Should SBW have been given an exemption?Related story: (See story)
