This is a really easy recipe for chicken breasts.

All the ingredients are "as you feel you need them" - so feel free to adjust quantities and make substitutions. Note that this is easiest to cook if all the chicken breasts are about the same size.

1 small chicken breast per person
Spinach
Sundried tomatoes
Mushrooms
Cream Cheese

1. Cut the breast in the middle, not so it goes fully through but enough to create a hole to fill with ingredients.

2. Cut up the spinach, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms into very small bits, then stuff into the chicken with the cream cheese. 

3. Bake in the oven until the chicken is cooked. Depending on size it could be 20-45min. I generally bake on 180 degrees.
