Help get NZ cooking: Spaghetti and meatballs
NEED TO KNOW

|1 Onion, finely chopped|
|3/4 teaspoon Salt|
|1 cup Breadcrumbs|
|1/4 teaspoon Pepper|
|3 tablespoons Tomato Sauce / Ketchup|
|3 Tablespoons Oil|
|2 Eggs, lightly beaten|
|1 clove Garlic|
|220g can Tomato Sauce / Pasta Sauce|
|Pinch Ground Cloves|
|1 cup Water|
|1. Mix the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, ketchup, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt and pepper together.
2. Shape in to balls.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the meatballs and the garlic.
4. Combine the tomato sauce and water and add to the frying pan.
5. Cook on a low heat for 15-20 minutes.
6. Cook the spaghetti noodles.
Serve garnished with cheese and parsley.
