500g Mince
Pinch Nutmeg
1 Onion, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Tomato Sauce / Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 clove Garlic
Pinch Cinnamon
220g can Tomato Sauce / Pasta Sauce
Pinch Ground Cloves
1 cup Water

 

 

1. Mix the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, ketchup, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt and pepper together.

2. Shape in to balls.

3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the meatballs and the garlic.

4. Combine the tomato sauce and water and add to the frying pan.

5. Cook on a low heat for 15-20 minutes.

6. Cook the spaghetti noodles.

Serve garnished with cheese and parsley.
