Send us your photos of the classic Kiwi summer and you could win one of three Samsung WB850F cameras.

Whether it's backyard cricket, a camping weather wash-out, or relaxing on the beach with family and friends, we want to see how you're spending your summer in New Zealand.

To send your photo, hit the big green button at the bottom of this page and upload it with a caption and all the information on when and where it was taken.

We'll be running an on-going summer gallery here on Stuff.co.nz throughout the competition so you can see the entries as they come in.

This competition opens at 9am on Wednesday December 12, 2012 and closes at midnight on Sunday January 20, 2013.

The prize: Three winners will each win a Samsung WB850F camera which features:

 

  • 16 MP, F2.8, 21x Optical Zoom, 23mm wide angle
  • Wi-Fi to upload photos direct from camera to Facebook or email
  • Built in GPS for photo tagging

 

How to enter:

a) Upload your summer photo to Stuff.co.nz by clicking the green "contribute" buttonat the bottom of this page and uploading the photos.

b) Photos must be in jpeg, gif, tif or png format.

c) Include a brief description of when and where the photo was taken, and a captionfor it. Please also include the name of the person who took the photo.

d) Include your phone number.

Any entry that does not comply with these conditions will not be an eligible entry.

Eligibility: Staff, their families and contractors of Fairfax New Zealand Limited andSamsung are not eligible to enter.

By entering this competition you confirm that:

(a) your entry is original and you own all rights in the photo;

(b) your entry does not violate the privacy rights, copyright, contract rights or other rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) of any person, corporation or entity;

(c) your entry does not contain content, or their conduct in creating the content, was not illegal, contrary to any laws, indecent, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, harassing to any person, in breach of any confidence, defamatory, libellous, offensive or objectionable;

Judging: The three winners will be chosen by Stuff.co.nz. No correspondence will be entered in to. The winners will be notified by phone. Winners will also be announced on Stuff.co.nz once notified.
