My only and by far preferred method of transport is to drive my car.

Why? I don't particularly enjoy crowds or people crammed in to my personal space of at least one metre in every direction!

Unlike public transport (none of which goes anywhere near my house anyway), I don't have to talk to anyone else whilst driving, or look at anyone else whilst driving. Nor do I need to hear them or some crappy radio station that is not of my choosing. And no-one needs look at me either - that's the way I like it and that's the way I'll keep it.

I'd probably risk life and limb or even jailtime before I gave up driving. I'm a petrol-head through and through.
