Every day is Valentine's Day to me! I have the most awesome husband, James, and am so very grateful to have him in my life.

He has been so incredibly supportive of my new career and my second successful (fingers-crossed) battle with breast cancer. He is my rock and my world. His unconditional love makes me the happiest woman in the world.

James and I met on a blind date nearly 13 years ago and a lot of people said we wouldn't last. We have now been married for almost 10 years (a second marriage for both of us).

There were times we very nearly didn't last - especially when I was going through chemotherapy eight and a half years ago. It was a tough time for all concerned and James stuck by me and supported me throughout five years of treatment.

Halfway through last year and after only six months in to a new career as a real estate agent, I was diagnosed with breast cancer again. In November, I had to have a mastectomy and reconstruction and the whole thing was pretty scary, given it was the second time.

Once again, James stood by me and helped me through it - visiting me daily at the hospital, taking my youngest son to sports training and school, looking after the house and even buying new sheets and a duvet cover and putting them on the bed for when I got home from hospital.

I went back to work two weeks after surgery and James drove me everywhere and put out my open home signs. He has been an awesome stepdad to my two wonderful sons.

James has been my rock and is my world. He is my soulmate and the love of my life.
