Jarron White shares his predictions for the 2013 Super Rugby season. 

Blues:

Placing: Fourth (beaten semi-finalists)

X factor player: Charles Piutau

Up and coming player: Baden Kerr

Strength: Young talented back-line

Weakness: Inexperience (especially in the scrum)

Chiefs:

Placing: Second (beaten finalists)

X factor player: Aaron Cruden/Tawera Kerr-Barlow

Up and coming player: Bundee Aki

Strength: Back-line (good mix of new and experience)

Weakness: Less dominant on the go-forward ball (loss of Taumalolo)

Hurricanes:

Placing: Sixth

X factor player: Andre Taylor

Up and coming player: Jack Lam

Strength: Try scoring ability

Weakness: Lack of direction in centres (loss of Conrad Smith)

Crusaders:

Placing: Seventh

X Factor player: Robbie Fruean

Up and coming player: Shane Christie

Strength: Forwards (scrum power especially)

Weakness: Back-line penetration (a little thin)

Highlanders:

Placing: Tenth

X factor player: Aaron Smith

Up and coming player: Josh Bekhuis

Strength: Back-line

Weakness: Ageing team (not enough young talent, lack of unity and new players)

The rest:

Stormers: Winners

Reds: Ninth

Brumbies: Third

Waratahs: Eighth

Rebels: Eleventh

Force: Fourteenth

Sharks: Fifth

Bulls: Twelfth

Cheetahs: Thirteenth
