How has cannabis affected your life?
Have you got a story of how cannabis use has directly affected your life?
Like most countries around the world the plant is currently illegal in New Zealand, but in June the Government removed restrictions on medicinal cannabis, meaning Kiwis would be able to get it from their doctor.
When it comes to political leaders, Labour has said it would like to legalise medicinal use, while the Green Party wants a Government bill on legalising the plant outright.
But we want to hear from you.
Are you or were you once a cannabis user? If so, what impact has it had on your life?
If not - do other people in your life use the drug, and how have their decisions affected you?
Has a medical condition prompted you to use cannabis to ease your symptoms? We'd love to hear about your journey, and the difference (if any) using medicinal cannabis has had.
How do you feel about the possible legalisation of cannabis in New Zealand? Should the plant be decriminalised completely? Or should it be legalised it for medicinal – but not recreational – use?
