There's an easy, fun way to make a Christmas pudding biscuit with very little effort but great looking results - and the kids love making and eating them.

Mallowpuffs
White chocolate
Jaffas
Candy spearmint leaves cut in half

1. Melt white chocolate - when a bit cooler drizzle over Mallowpuffs to look like custard.

2. Put a jaffa on the top.

3. Cut candy spearmint leaves in half lengthwise and put on either side of the jaffa.
