Dating can be terrifying at the best of times, but factor in clicking, uploading, photoshopping and swiping and it's a whole other ballgame.

Did online dating or Tinder help you meet the love of your life or did it make you need to delete your email, phone number (and memory)?

What about fake profiles or dodgy meet-ups? Have you ever been the victim of "catfishing"? Or perhaps you've taken the plunge and agreed to a date, only to find the person is rather different than their online persona?

A quick conversation in the Stuff office revealed that many of us had friends or family who met online, but were in some way ashamed to admit it. Is there a stigma around finding love online or are we all down with digital dating now?
