New Zealand's binge-drinking culture has long been a source of nationwide debate and we want to know your thoughts on the issue.

Is it the Government's responsibility to introduce tougher laws and taxes or does it start at home with parents and education? 

Is it just a youth problem or a bigger cultural mindset?

Do we even have a problem or are we all just having a good time?

Laws recently brought in have resulted in bars shutting their doors at 4am, adults being fined for giving alcohol to minors who are not their own children, and bars losing their licences if an intoxicated person steps on to their premises.
