Should schools rule your kid's looks? Are your pets bessie mates?

Can you help find some of these faces of Round the Bays?

Ports of Auckland Round the Bays is on again on Sunday, March 10. For 41 years, thousands of Kiwis have run, jogged, walked or prammed the 8.4km along Auckland's waterfront, and we need your help to identify some of the faces from these classic Fairfax archive photos.

We'd love to know who these people are, their memories of Round the Bays, and where life has taken them.

The first Round the Bays run in 1972 attracted 1,200 participants and was one of the world's first ever fun runs. It's now grown to more than 42,000 registered runners and has more than 70,000 participants.

There are so many great memories of Ports of Auckland Round the Bays, and we'd love your help tracking down these people to share theirs!

If you know someone in these photos, hit the big green button to tell us who they are, and to provide their contact details if possible. Or if you've got any classic photos - send them in!
