What part of New Zealand would you save? Who should host the Sevens? Should we have New Zealand day? Which of cricket's shortest formats do you prefer? How do you protect your kids online? Should grandparents get paid for childcare? Your 'only in New Zealand' moments How can we stop the lonely struggling in silence? How do you manage your children's screen time? Your comfort food recipes

Each year there are about 375,000 recorded crimes commited in New Zealand.

While we mainly hear about the perpetrators, the story of the victims is rarely heard.

The crimes often have a big impact on people's lives, but telling those stories can help with the healing and also provide a warning to others.

We'd like to hear your stories of how a crime affected your life. Did it change how you lived, or how you see other people?

Tell us your story by hitting the green contribute button.

We will not be able to run any stories about crimes that are still before the courts.
