Advice to your teenage self
What advice would you give teenage girls on how to have a successful life as a modern woman?
Pay inequality, paid maternity leave, the glass ceiling, child care - these are all still part of the debate around what it means to be a woman in 2015.
But whether young girls want to be a CEO, a mum, both or something inbetween, what do you know now that you wish you'd known when you were a teen that would help them on that path?
What would you go back to tell your own teenager self? Do you have some experience or life lessons to share?
How did you get to where you are today? And what, if anything, would you have done differently with the benefit of hindsight?
