It's not easy being red
Former UK Apprentice star Katie Hopkins created an online storm when she tweeted: 'Ginger babies. Like a baby. Just so much harder to love'.
Poking fun at red-headed friends seems to be acceptable in society - but why? It's generally acknowledged that discrimination of any kind is not ok, and yet from school age and beyond people are teased and labelled for being 'gingers'.
So red heads, rise up. Share the stories and photos of your experiences of the third kind - not blonde, not brunette, but ginger.
Have you been bullied? Have you stood up to it or have you dyed over it? Why do you think New Zealanders make fun of the ginge when in countries like Ireland red hair is a thing of beauty?
