It took the Black Caps XI more than a year to win a test match under Brendon McCullum's captaincy. Mark Reason has argued it's time for a new leader.

Reason suggests Kane Williamson, a young man with the potential to be a world class cricketer.

Who do you think could lead our national side to test victory?

Do you still have confidence in McCullum or would you like to see some fresh blood (or old Ross Taylor blood) injected at the helm?

Have things been better since Ross Taylor or are we in a worse state than before?
