Kiwis living with chronic illness Share the story of someone you've lost

We're looking for declarations of love on a grand scale.

Inspired by the likes of Christchurch road marker Ben Cook, who used custom-made road signs to ask his partner to marry him, or Dallas Harema, who proposed to his girlfriend with a flash mob dance, we want to hear about your big proposal.

Did you or your partner plan an elaborate romantic gesture? How long did it take to set up? Was there help along the way?

And, most importantly, what was the reaction when the big moment arrived?

Help share some lovey-dovey warm fuzzies by telling us your proposal story - and don't forget the photos and videos!
