Frequent flooding, never-ending road works and constant demolition - post-quake Christchurch can be a frustrating city to live in. 

The rebuild has been plodding along for three years, but most agree it is moving slowly with no end yet in sight. And in some areas it looks as if things are getting worse, not better, for frequently tested Cantabrians.
