This recipe for BBQ pork ribs will make the meat fall off the bone and make people want more.

Recipe below is for two racks of pork:

FOR PORK RUB:
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoon of onion powder
2 teaspoon of chilli powder
2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Pinch of dried oregano
2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
INGREDIENTS FOR BBQ SAUCE
1 cup of ketchup
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
3-4 cloves of garlic (finely diced)
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Salt and pepper

1) Combine all ingredients of the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and allow to cool.

2) Remove the membrane on the ribs (bone side)

3) Pat dry the ribs with paper towels

4) Pour the rub on either side of the ribs, evenly

5) Wrap the ribs in two sheets of tin foil each

6) Leave to marinate overnight, but three to four hours will do

7) Preheat oven or hooded BBQ to 150 degrees

8) Bake ribs in the tinfoil for two hours

9) Remove from the oven or BBQ

10) Heat BBQ grill to medium heat

11) Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the meat and grill for five minutes on each side

12) Repeat step 11

13) Allow to rest and serve with homemade BBQ sauce
