Bastille has been hitting our radio waves with the hit single Pompeii, but how does the album hold up?

After an initial listen to some of the tracks through YouTube, I decided to have a listen to the album in its entirety.

Bad Blood starts out with the hit Pompeii and keeps an upbeat tempo throughout the album with those more relaxing songs thrown in at just the right time. The likes of Overjoyed, Oblivion and Get Home let you focus in more lead singer Dan Smith's vocal talent.

Overall this album is a great listen, and I would be lying if I didn't say Pompeii and Get Home were not my favourite tracks.
